The Ale Saviour - Single Barrel - Release No.2

The second single barrel release from our Ale Savior series, this hopped whiskey has been aged in an American Oak Muscat cask.

Limited to 483 bottles, this muscat cask shows classic Christmas cake character and less hop than previous releases.

Bottled at 54.6% ABV, the higher spirit releases a fruity flavour bomb.

Tasting notes:
Nose - molasses with dried apple & raisin
Palate - stewed fruit & burnt treacle
Finish - dry & savoury with some lime zestiness
