The Ale Saviour - Single Barrel - Release No.2

The second of three releases in the Ale Saviour series, the combination of Red wine, Port & Scotch Whisky barrels.

Bottled at 46% ABV & non chill filtered, as with all Corowa Whisky, to highlight its flavour and oilyness.

Tasting notes:
Nose - almond croissant & honeydew melon
Palate - flowery, earthy hop notes and honey
Finish - short & dry with hops and orange peel
