Shipping policy
We ship orders on Monday to Friday. This is because we care about your beer and want to minimise the time it's not in refrigeration, especially over the weekend. We do not ship on public holidays.
We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.
All orders are shipped through Aramex and Australia Post courier services. You are able to track your order via the tracking number they send you via email.
Shipping times vary pending your location but if you do not receive your beer within 10 days, please let us know via email to beerclub@bridgeroadbrewers.com.au .
Currently, we only ship to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA. Sorry, but we do not accept international orders.
Beer must be signed for by a person over 18 years at the time of delivery.
If the delivery address is entered incorrectly and the item is in transit it is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise the address change directly with the courier. A change of address fee might be charged by the courier service to the purchaser. If the purchaser has entered the incorrect address and the item has been delivered it is the responsibility of the purchaser to follow this up with the courier and/or take responsibility for any lost cost involved.
We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the Liquor Act 2007 (VIC), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.
