Refund Policy
We really, REALLY care about beer so if you have received a product you believe is defective in any way, please send an email to brewer@bridgeroadbrewers.com.au - We will get back to you and may ask you to return the product for further testing.
If we accept your order, you agree that prior to delivery we may terminate the agreement to provide you with the products you ordered, in whole or in part. We may do this even if we have received payment from you or sent you a tax invoice.
Any such termination shall be by giving you such reasonable cancellation notice as we are able to provide via any of the addresses you have provided us during the registration process. The circumstances in which we may terminate include, but are not limited to:
- any of the ordered products subject of your order are not available;
- there was any error in the description of any products subject of your Order or their price as advertised by us;
- your order is in breach of these terms or any other relevant conditions, or is contrary to a person’s rights or to any law; or
- these Terms provide that we may not deliver the products subject of your Order.
You agree that you have no right to change or cancel an order, however we may (in our sole discretion) accept a request by you to cancel or change an order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at beerclub@bridgeroadbrewers.com.au. If we agree to you changing or cancelling your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, to the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agree to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation.
