The Ale Saviour - Single Barrel - Release No.3

The last single barrel release from our ale savior series, this hopped whiskey has been aged in an American oak ex maple syrup cask.

The combination of a small cask size and the heat from some fierce Australian summers has resulted in an extremely limited bottling of 65.

This special release is only available in-venue and at specialist retailers.

Tasting notes:
Nose - sticky maple with warm melted butter
Palate - rich candied fruit balanced with maple sweetness and woody spice
Finish - medium finish, dry with prickly floral hops
