The Ale Saviour Blended Release

A COLLABORATION WITH COROWA DISTILLING CO

In the chaos of 2020, We called our friends down the hill to see if they’d like to make whiskey with the hundreds of kegs we were about to pour down the drain.

After many trips ferrying beer from Beechworth to Corowa in the back of a beat-up old ute, this remarkable collaboration was born.

Vol.1 - Hungarian & American Oak Red Wine casks.
Nose: Sweet & Zesty w creaminess.
Palate: Coating & Balanced w soft oak.
Finish: Hops w soft stone fruit

Vol.3 – Red Wine & Ex-Bourbon casks.
Nose: Cheesecake, Tangerine, Woody Spice
Palate: Savoury, Red Wine & Vanilla
Finish: Dryness w Juicy Fruit
