Mayday Hills - The Creek 2023
Our annual Lambic-style Cherry Sour, a unique High Country take on a traditional Belgian ‘Kriek’. Fermented using oak barrels filled with fresh, locally-picked cherries for a vibrant cherry colour, aroma and flavour, refreshing natural acidity and cleansing sour finish.
ABV: 5.4% / 750ml
Mayday Hills - Saison
This mixed fermentation Saison was aged in our oak Foeder to develop a complex mixture of hop derived melon fruit aroma with sour fruit characters. The textural flavour profile is soft and delicate, with pear and honeydew melon leading into funk and a lacto sour tang that provides a refreshing finish.
ABV: 5.6% / 750ml
Mayday Hills - Gruit
This unique release uses the ancient "Gruit" style of brewing with botanicals as bittering agents in the place of hops. We teamed up for this special project with renownedflavour alchemist, Michael Ryan and his Beechworth Bitters Co to draw from his extensive range of small batch amari and cocktail bitters. A truly unique beer, one that celebrates the creative minds and collective skill of two iconic Beechworth producers.
