Mayday Hills is our barrel and farmhouse beer project.
This spontaneously fermented wild ale was aged in oak barrels on grape skins from Sorrenberg’s 2024 harvest. It’s a bright, acid-forward beer with soft, fruit undertones that will continue to evolve with age.
One half of a special Mayday Hills dual release, ageing the same base beer on alternate fruit additions. Pair Sauvignon Blanc Sour with Feijoa Sour for the ideal vertical tasting.
