In the chaos of 2020, We called our friends down the hill to see if they’d like to make whiskey with the hundreds of kegs we were about to pour down the drain.
After many trips ferrying beer from Beechworth to Corowa in the back of a beat-up old ute, this remarkable collaboration was born.

The first of three releases. The combination of 2 Hungarian Oak red wine and 1 American Oak red wine casks created 1900 bottles.
Bottled at 46% ABV & non-chill filtered as with all Corowa Whisky to highlight its flavour and oiliness.
Tasting notes Nose - sweet & zesty with creaminess Palate - coating mouthfeel with soft oak. Well balanced Finish - hops towards the finish with soft stone fruit
