In the chaos of 2020, We called our friends down the hill to see if they’d like to make whiskey with the hundreds of kegs we were about to pour down the drain.
After many trips ferrying beer from Beechworth to Corowa in the back of a beat-up old ute, this remarkable collaboration was born.

The last blended release combines red wine and ex bourbon casks to create a whiskey that has all the juicy wine character of American oak vanilla. Its a seriously drinkable drop that perfectly balances the hops, fruit & oak.
