This unique Saison is a melding of the classic texture and aroma of a Belgian Saison, with the tart acidity of Chinotto citrus. Designed to pair with the hearty Africola menu and the hot South Australian climate
HOW WE MAKE IT:
This Africola collaboration also included an influence from a local restaurant. When working on recipe concepts, Nikki ( Africola) was looking to include citrus in this beer. At the same time Michael Ryan, of Provenance had offered us access to some amazing citrus, Chinotto. The fruit was gradually added at the end of fermentation.
