This peach coloured ale combines yeast derived fruity esters and creamy mouthfeel with tannin structure provided by grapes.
How we make it
This ale was made with Fighting Gully Road winery who initially provided juice from cold soaked Sangiovese which we added to the end of the boil on brewday. We then supplemented this with skins and bunches from freshly pressed Shiraz, post fermentation.

Mayday Hills is a project inspired by a range of influences and experiences from around the globe and at home. Initially from wine and wine making 15 years ago, the through the exposure to sour and wild beer and barrel aging programs of Belgium, and further through new practices in the US craft beer industry and our own experimentation at Bridge Road Brewers.
