About this beer:
This beer brings together the tart, refreshing characteristics of a traditional Berliner Weisse with the unmistakable flavours of fresh, ripe apricots.
How we make:
This beer has been made by first brewing a light bodied farmhouse Berliner Weisse using Brettanomyces in our Foeder. After primary fermentation it was transferred onto 250kg of fresh, locally grown apricots.
