This “hopped-up” Belgian Brown Ale has all your favourite Winter flavours while not missing those big beautiful hop notes we all love
How we make it
In making this beer we used traditional crystal and biscuit malts to create the colour and mouthfeel of this brown ale. For fermentation we have used a very expressive Belgian yeast strain attributing flavours such as clove, peppercorns and allspice. Complementing and refreshing these traditional Belgian style characters we have thrown in a range of big new world hops to create this perfect Winter drinking beer.
