The Brewing Process
Our current brew length (amount of beer per brew) is 25HL (2500 litres), we use a two vessel brew house. Combining the Mash and Lauter in one vessel and Kettle and Whirlpool in the second.
Both vessels are heated via steam, and as a general rule we use single infusion mashing.
We currently have a range of 25HL, 50HL and 100HL unitanks for fermentation, along with a range of 25HL, 50HL and 100HL brite beer tanks for bottling and kegging.
99% of our beers are bottle conditioned, all of our kegs are forced carbonated via a sintered stone in the brite tank.
